Who should apply to be a ThreatDown MSP partner?
Partners that manage IT on behalf of their customers should apply. This includes partners that currently manage the IT infrastructure of their customers and partners that are currently only reselling IT solutions but are looking to move into managed services within the next 3 months.
How do I become a ThreatDown MSP Partner?
Partners should fill out the MSP application form. The ThreatDown MSP team will review your application and reach out via phone and email on next steps within 1 business day.
Is there a cost associated with becoming a ThreatDown MSP partner?
MSP plans start at $100 per month. This cost starts as a management fee and includes access to a Partner Success Manager, an Account Manager, technical support and the ThreatDown partner portal. Once $100 in billings (for any solution in our product portfolio) is reached the management fee is no longer incurred, but availability of the benefits/support remains.
What is the on-boarding process for new MSPs?
New MSP partners are assigned a Partner Success manager that will ensure the OneView console is properly configured, rollout to your customers is a smooth process and answer any questions you may have over the course of the deployment.
What marketing support is available for MSP partners?
All partners receive access to our Partner Experience Center (PXC). The PXC contains co-brandable marketing collateral, sales playbooks, solution information and more. Additional support such as Marketing Development Funds and dedicated marketing resources are available for qualifying partners.
