ThreatDown uses third-party companies and services to assist in providing ThreatDown’ services. These third parties may receive personal data from ThreatDown. Third parties who receive personal data from ThreatDown agree the personal data will be used for processing activities carried out (i) on behalf of ThreatDown customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by ThreatDown; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between ThreatDown and the third party. ThreatDown may also share data between ThreatDown and its corporate affiliates.
