Easily integrating your endpoint security solution into your larger cybersecurity and IT technology stack is important to IT teams.  ESET has a very limited number of pre-configured technology integrations available.  On the other hand, ThreatDown offers integrations into most of the commonly used IT and Security tools.

Lack of Ransomware Rollback Protection

If your environment is impacted by ransomware, it is important that your endpoints can be restored to a time prior to the attack to minimize damage.  Users report that ESET does not have the ability to roll back endpoints impacted by ransomware. ThreatDown allows customers to roll back their endpoints up to seven days.
